The quality warranty is null if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into other company's machinery or setup without our knowledge ( except when approved by managers ) .
Associated equipment or new service parts fitments and diagnosis for machinery bought from us is free of charge. After the new service parts or components have been installed by our specialist, they will insure that the clients machinery is fully functional and well tested. For competitors machinery, we may prefer to offer technical guidance online or send a technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however, oath which steps (if any) shall be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our experts in regarding to 3rd party machines.
The client will be supplied with a full reimbursement should our technician remotely recommend or proposes a extra - restoration or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for new or extra spare or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare or components back in its original condition.
Accommodation fees and go costs will be charges should you choose that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, even though a labour fee will not be charged. Clients are preferred to make all plans for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. The ongoing amount payable, would you choose for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workplace and your place.
