Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply confined attribute warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material weaknesses are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our fault. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on demand.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. Checking and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse including your property, should you choose for us to travel to you.Without notice, those fees may vary extent by instant, thus generously seek an answer about call out and traveling costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would choose to find out whether the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, or you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No costs will be assigned for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or other maintenance or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations should be made for improvements or intense labour work to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

Analyze for this reason you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any time, review the machinery's assurance report and maintenance history on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and servicing. This insures your maximal benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
